Customer service was amazing very quick in getting back to you. I bought these cards and three other books and I’m so excited to read them to my baby
These are thick, quality, double-sided cards for baby. One side has a single image and words and the flip side has a cute pattern with the corresponding fruit/vegetable. We like to use these for tummy time and also for a little distraction during diaper changes when we have to let her air out for a few minutes. They come in a little box for safe keeping and to ensure they stay together as a set. As you can see, my cat is also a fan.
These high contrast cards are great for baby as it stimulates their visual system. The pictures are clear you can see the details on them. I love that they are food based. They are pretty thick durable cards. They aren't too big you can slip them in a protective sleeve for baby.
I read that babies can only see black and white in the early stages of life and since my baby was a preemie I wanted to work on his eye coordination. These cards are cute, I like how each of them have a little description so you can read them to your baby as he/she is looking at them. I will say the vegetable choices are interesting lol I did notice the cards do catch his attention briefly so I think they are working. I will continue to use them to help with eye development.
These black and white garden vegetable themed flash cards are perfect for my baby's early development. The high-contrast designs really capture their attention and help with visual stimulation. I like that the cards are sturdy and easy to hold, so they'll last through plenty of use. Typically I just hold them up for him to see during tummy time or just whenever I think about it during wake windows.
As a new mom, I absolutely love these high- contrast type cards for our newborn! They are great for tummy time, and I love that they're double sided. They're made from a thick laminated cardboard material, so no worries about them drooling on them, it cleans right up.For 10 cards, I think this is a great price. They have the name of the fruit/vegetable with a cute little saying on them as well.I'm planning on giving these as a gift to another mom!
Great, thick cards. Good size and I love the double sided design. Bright black and white, small description for you to read to babe. Honestly it's really cute as a baby shower gift or something for a friend who either loves gardening or just loves veggies! Very giftable. Great for teaching husbands about them too 🤣
I ordered these for my daughter, who has cortical visual impairment, and she is able to see them and engage visually, which makes them a great tool for us. The black-and-white contrast is strong and clear, and the cards are laminated so they're durable and easy to wipe clean. The only thing I found a little odd is the choice of images—since they're food-themed, some of the designs feel a bit random compared to more common baby-friendly pictures. That said, my daughter responds to them, which is what matters most.Overall, these are a helpful resource for visual stimulation and tummy time. I'd recommend them for parents of newborns or little ones with CVI who are looking for simple, engaging, and durable cards.Best for: babies who benefit from high-contrast visuals, including those with cortical visual impairment, or any parent wanting a durable tummy-time toy.
I got these for my niece, she's going to be born in a few weeks and I'm super excited to let you know these cards are seriously quality made. They are a thick card, the print on them is very clear. I feel very confident that my baby Neese is going to love them and be educated by them because they are made to help newborns. They're durable and very clean. I love the black-and-white print on both sides of the cards. They can both be used for educational purposes.
My baby absolutely loved these! He was giggling at the cards, and they're so cute. I also love how easy they are to travel with—perfect for keeping a newborn entertained on the go. The black-and-white design is simple but engaging for little eyes, making them a great choice for early stimulation.
I've ordered a few things from this brand for my baby and I love using these cards for newborn awake/tummy time. It's a more fun version to engage in B&W playtime. I use the cards often for storytelling since we love to cook. Card stock is thick and material is high quality. Great gift for a foodie parent to be!
First of all, this set is incredibly well made. I love the illustrations on the cards - the graphics are well-designed and the construction is solid. These are not flimsy card stock, and have withstood my baby's gumming better than expected. Now, does my infant appreciate how beautiful these cards are? Not particularly. Are parsley, rosemary, and radish the most practical things to start with? Not really. Does it actually matter to my baby what is on the cards? Probably not.Regardless of what me or my baby think, this would make a beautiful and thoughtful gift for your quirky expectant friend who loves gardening or cooking.
I love this brand, we own their noodle book, and it's just such a cute concept having these black-and-white cards for baby involve food! And they could still be used for learning past the newborn stage!
These black-and-white contrast cards are amazing for tummy time and newborn play! My baby is instantly drawn to the bold images, and I love that the cards feature fun garden foods like strawberries, parsley, and peppers—so unique compared to the usual animal sets. The cards are laminated and sturdy, so I don't worry about them bending or getting ruined. They're also the perfect size for little hands to grab as my baby grows. Great for visual development, and they make tummy time much more enjoyable. Highly recommend for new parents!
I am in love with these little infant cards. I got these to use in my infant classroom and was surprised at how well they were made and the thought that went into these. They are black and white photos of things you would find in the garden which helps with their focus, having simple colors. Each one has a picture, the name, and a description on the card and on the back it has black and white pictures of the food. These are a thick cardboard which make it easy to use, and wipe off when they need to be cleaned.
These cards are so cute. I was actually expecting something a lot less durable. These are pretty thick. They come in a pretty nice box that is thin and would easily slide in a diaper bag. Great quality and price is reasonable at $13.
These are sturdy cards with rounded corners. There are bold, high-contrast drawings on both sides of cards. Some might be too detailed for younger babies to properly (like the herbs). They come in a nice box for storing or gifting.
Love these cards! They're sturdy and high quality. My 3-month-old loves looking at them. He follows the pictures with his eyes and they have been motivating him to get his head up during tummy time.
Not only are the illustrations eye-catching for the babes, but the content is great for sharing our love of food with them as well. Our girls love them during floor play, diaper changing, tummy time, etc. and they’re sized well to bring along with us when we’re out for the day. So glad that we brought the cards on the babies’ first flight!!
