Where can I find Chunky Deli products?

While Chunky Deli currently operates online, you can find our products popping up at select retail locations listed on our Stockists page. Have a location you think would be a great fit for Chunky Deli goods? Send us a note!

Do you offer gift wrapping?

At this time, we don't offer dedicated gift wrapping, but every order gets packed with care, and can be topped with a special gift note.

Can I purchase a gift card?

Yes! Chunky Deli offers digital gift cards for easy gifting. You can order them here!

When will an item be back in stock?

You can subscribe to product notifications directly on the item's page to get the inside scoop when it's back! Or subscribe to our emails for announcements on all of our restocks and new listings.

Where are your products made?

Our products are designed in the USA, and manufactured in Guangzhou, China.

What ages are your products designed for?

Most of our products are designed for babies and kids aged 0-6. But they’re definitely loved by older kids, and even adults! You'll find specific age recommendations listed on each product page.

Are your products made with baby safe materials?

Absolutely! All of our products are designed with baby-safe materials in mind. Our toys are also rigorously tested and certified through CPC (Children’s Product Certificate) standards to ensure they can handle the mess, mouthing, and magic of everyday play.

How do I care for my new garment?

Want to keep your Chunky Deli goodies looking their best? Care instructions for our apparel, books, and toys are provided on each product page and/or included with your order. Please feel free to reach out if you have any specific questions.

Orders & Payment

Can I use a promo code?

Sure! You can apply a promo code at checkout. Looking for a discount? Sign up for our newsletter and receive 15% off your first order.

How do I know if my order went through?

Once you’ve placed your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email. If it's not in your inbox, check your spam folder. If you can’t find your order confirmation, you can always reach out to us and we can look it up!

Can I cancel my order?

Depending on when your order was placed, we may be able to cancel it. Please contact us immediately via the contact provided at the bottom of your order, with your order number, name, and reason for cancellation.

Can I add a gift note to my order?

If you have not yet placed your order, be sure to add the note using the Gift Note feature in the shopping cart. Already placed your order and forgot to add a gift note? If your order hasn't shipped out yet, we may be able to add it before it’s shipped. Reach out ASAP with your name, order number, email, and the exact message you'd like to include and we will try our best to include it with your order.

Can I change my order?

Once your order is placed, changes to specific items or sizes can become tricky. Please contact us ASAP with your name, order number, and email and we can see what is possible. It may be easier to cancel your order and place a new order just to make sure all the details are right.

Can I change the address on my order?

Need to swap out your shipping address? Depending on how recently your order was placed, we may be able to update the address before it gets shipped out. Contact us immediately via our contact form with your order number, new address, and recipient's name.

Why didn’t I receive all of the items in my order?

Some of our items are made-to-order and ship separately from our manufacturer. This means you might get two separate parcels. If you think you that is not the case and there is an issue with your order, please do not hesitate to reach out and we’ll get to the bottom of it!

Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options are available?

You can view your shipping options and estimated costs for your specific order at checkout before completing your purchase. Within the United States, we have standard USPS shipping rates as well as expedited shipping options.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes! Our products ship to most countries around the globe. International shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note: customs duties or import taxes may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient. Be sure to check your country’s import guidelines for more details before ordering.

How long does it take for my order to ship out?

Orders typically ship out within 3 business days. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on it’s way! It may take some time for the tracking to go live once it’s shipped so please check back if the status of your package has not updated.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method and destination. Estimated delivery ranges are provided at checkout, and your tracking will allow you to keep an eye on the status of your order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to check on it’s status. Please note, tracking numbers usually take some time before they become active.

My package is delayed. What do I do?

If your tracking shows unusual delays or hasn't updated in 3 days, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. If you still need assistance, reach out to us with your name, order number, and email address.

My package says its delivered but I can’t find it.
  • Sometimes your package may go on a mini adventures before making it to you. We recommend:
  • Checking around your porch, mailbox, side doors, or even with neighbors
  • Waiting an extra 24 hours—carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered early
  • Visiting your local post office with tracking info, just in case it was held there

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Looking to make a return or exchange your items for something else? Please reach out to us at orders@chunkydeli.com with your name, order number, and email address associated with the order and we can start the process!

How much is return shipping?

We've got you covered! We want you to be 100% happy with your order and will cover the cost of the return. Simply reach out to us to begin the process and we will provide you with a prepaid label for you to ship back your products.

Can I exchange a defective or damaged item?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We'll be happy to assist with a replacement or speedy refund!

How long does it take to process my return?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically back in your pocket within 5 days to your original form of payment. You'll get a confirmation email when it's done!

Can I return a product I got as a gift?

If you received a Chunky Deli item as a gift and wish to return it, please contact us directly with the order number (if available) or the giver's name and email. We can arrange for store credit or an exchange according to our policy.
