Adorable and soft onesie that has nice thickness to it. It feels well made, and has a nice sleeve length. I'm only giving it 4 stars because I swear when I ordered, the brand name was different, and it said 12-18 months. When this arrived, it said 12 months. My little one just turned 17 months, and it fits fine, so maybe that 12 months on the tag is just a guideline? She loves pasta and saying the word, so we thought this was a funny addition to the wardrobe.

The quality on this is better than most of the cheap imported ones which shrink or the print cracks or fades. But more importantly, it gets our little one laughs and compliments every time we take him out ... especially to Italian restaurants.Not everyone is going to get the joke. In Italian, Al Dente is referring to pasta that is taken out of the water just before it is 'ready' which is the preferred method of serving in Italy. Perfect for an infant's onesie. Those who get it, will love it and usually tell us so.The color is the only thing I don't love. It is kind of an off-white which makes it look like at one time it was white and was washed with other colors and changed. I'd much prefer a bright yellow or orange color ... more Italian.Another thing I like is that the baby can wear this with pants or jeans and it looks like a t-shirt ... as a onesie, I am not a fan of the whole pant-less look.Overall, the quality is good ... the value is okay compared to cheaper ones that fade and fall apart ... and it gets compliments. delivery of this item was strange - I think that's amazon though, it literally came in the plastic packaging the onesie was in - like no extra external box nothing. oh well not the product's fault.its a light cream, so not white per se. the words AL DENTE absolutely cracks me up so it got to come home to me when I saw it.the material is 100% cotton so it's really good quality but not that stretchy.it also came with an activity card in the packaging that you can busy yourself and your child with - that's an interesting tough for sure.I'll get more if there are more of the same with different wordings.
This onesie is precious. I got this for a friend who recently found she's pregnant and “al dente” fit her perfectly. The fabric is super soft, is a nice vanilla white color and the print is well done. The material feels high end, and the stitching looks well done as well. It's a medium weight fabric, so it's not paper thin, but not too thick that it would require additional layers during the day. It's at a reasonable price for boutique type of onesie.
This is the cutest little onesie! Still a little bit too big for my granddaughter, but I can't wait to put her in it this summer. Her father (my son) is a chef and we're Sicilian, so it's perfetto!
Know this is pretty lightweight which is always hard to tell in person; good probably for summer weather. Note it's more of an oatmeal (like raw oats) color.

This is the second item I have ordered from Chunky Deli and I just love their stuff. (First thing was direct from their website, a similar onesie that says "PETITE FRITE" - lol.) Really, really good quality - soft, stretchy and thick while still being breathable for a newborn. Unique and funny enough to give as a gift to new parents who are pasta lovers!!

What a soft and adorable onesie. It's sort of a cream color - which I prefer, I find white too stark. I was surprised at the quality of the material - it is a bit thicker than a t-shirt and it is very very soft. I love the font of the simple: Al Dente (for our new Italian nephew). There is a teeny white spot on the neckline - it is not noticeable, but I just hope it doesn't discolor easily.

I purchased two of these for my friend having twins. The quality of the print is very nice and the fabric is super soft and a nice medium weight fabric! Sometimes when you buy a printed onesie like this you get a paper thing cotton, but this is not that. It really makes a great gift.
