About

Caitlin Renee Steuer, co-founder of Chunky Deli, is a mother, passionate reader, and aspiring culinary enthusiast. With a background spanning molecular biology and design strategy from Parsons School of Design, she spent a decade in creative operations and product development before pivoting to focus on family and launch her own company.

Caitlin now channels her energy into raising her children and fostering a love of learning through Chunky Deli, a children's product development and publishing house that celebrates food, exploration, and togetherness through playful gifts, books, and toys. 

When she's not bootstrapping Chunky Deli, you'll find her designing complex train routes, mastering snack preparation, and embracing the quintessential (read: wet) Seattle playground experience with her kids.
